On January 6, 2023, Quanxiang Yan, Tao Zhang of the NatPro Center of the School of food science and Environmental Health Technology of the University of Dublin, Ireland, and the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science of Trinity College, as well as Xu Feng of the Vitamin K2 Research Center of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, published "The biological responses of vitamin K2: A comparative review" in the journal Food Sci Nutr. It acts on almost all major bodily systems, directly or indirectly participating in and regulating hundreds of physiological or pathological processes.
